Shit..its been 3 months...

12.54pm Tuesday, and its been more then 3 months since I've written anything in this damn thing... ah well.. I did say in the last post .."until whenever". The last few months have been a little bit of a Blur, I did a great interview with the amazing director Doug Walker - see below... I've been raising the cutest kid ever, aaaand I've spent 4 weeks in a construction site opening a new studio to add to the 28on27 portfolio. #notjustaprettyface. I'm finally realizing that my personality has a strange duality, (star sign cusp maybe?)  I need to have my cake and eat it.. that means photography and business. It's cyclical.
I'm emerging from the business zone and feeling the urge to make stuff...... I have to feed both my business mind and my creative mind to feel satisfied.

I'm going to try and post more in this blog as I start to make "new stuff" for a show in March.... it all starts with the photography image, then we'll see where it goes.

Good Morning Israel

Good Morning Israel!!
6.35 am and the light here is amazing... I'd forgotten how beautiful daylight photographs.

Finally I can make an entry in this blog..no idea if anyone is reading it..but at least I know I'm making the effort..

Since the last posting I've had an awesome time, the "Paradise" exhibition went live..with a great response, and a bunch of people purchased smaller print editions to take home.

That makes me happy..

The surfboard I designed for Runa was a hit, and we put out a second surf board with the night vision that my friends over at Galleray took to a tech event called Pygotham....as soon as I get it back I'll post it so you can check it out...

There was also two short films that went with the show that I was super pleased with.."CRASH" is gorge...my wireless connection is shit..so post later.

So after 2 months of excitement I am resting! A little R & R with the family in Israel.. I've got my Canon G12 with me so there'll be plenty of pictures to post later. Until next week.. or month... or whatever...

Long Time - No See

OMG ..was August the last time I posted? FCK! Well here we are.. new day resolution! Post in this blog every week.. or more if I can muster up the concentration... (to be fair I may still have pregnancy memory, which basically means no memory). In November I had D Boogie..otherwise known as Dario.. an amazing boy.

SO..had a baby now I'm working on "The Show"...more tomorrow on that...

Using your Dad as an Assistant

Hi Blog!

Updating this blog has taken longer then I thought... my dad was here visiting for two weeks so I have been a tourist through and through. However in that time I did manage to get two shoots in...

I will have to give my dad a hand for being a great photo assistant.. he kept everyone amused and didn't break anything! Awesome.. thanks dad.
